Myofascial Release
A hands-on technique used to address areas of muscle and connective-tissue tightness. Myofascial release may be incorporated into treatment to support comfort, flexibility, and movement.
Functional Electrical Stimulation
Functional electrical stimulation, or FES, uses controlled electrical impulses to activate selected muscles. Depending on the individual, it may be used during rehabilitation to support muscle activation, functional movement, and exercise participation.
Lymphedema Care
Individualized care for clients experiencing swelling related to lymphedema. Treatment recommendations may include therapeutic exercise, movement, education, and other appropriate strategies based on the client’s needs and medical history.
Shockwave Therapy
Shockwave therapy is a non-invasive treatment that may be considered for certain persistent tendon, muscle, and soft-tissue conditions. Our physical therapist will evaluate whether it is appropriate for your symptoms and goals.
